We are childless, not by choice, so mind your own business.

Oh wow!! This is fantastic.

So, my Dh and I are childless. I would say not by choice but there are people who have argued that with me. I was 37 when we got married and now I am 42. We are very open to having children but it just never happened and both made the decision NOT to do go the route of infertiltiy specialists, no meds....just natural and be ok with the outcome. If we were younger when we got married we probably would have done it differently. But I did not want to play the month to month waiting game, and be depressed and sad and whatnot. Anyways, that is our decision and we are content with it. Yes, I do get a bit sad, at times but I work through it.

I have been told numerous times that there are options and we are foolish for not exploring them. Ok, whatever, we have and at this point there are no option for us. SO, it is not a choice for us it is reality and i wish people would jsut mind their own business.

I really like this childless families board and actually have been looking for something like this.

I just find it crazy that people just know how someone else should live their live. They have all the answers for everyone else and their own life is probably in shambles.

People are just really ignorant and rude! Sometimes I just want to pry on something that's going on in their lives so they know how it feels

I get people at work asking me " Are you going to get pg this year"? I already told them i'm not having any, Why oh why do they keep asking.
