Do you go away without your DH?

I haven't yet but am totally willing to.

I've told DH that whenever he wants to go visit his friends in Chicago (that's where he is from) it's ok with me. I don't have to go each and every time.

I did once. Nearly 2 years ago I went to Europe for a week with my cousin, and DH actually just told me last night that he was offended by that. Way to let me know when it's too late to do anything about it! So I guess I won't be doing that anymore... I think he'd be fine with something less extravagant, like a weekend away though. We've already done overnights separately, and we've also gone to visit family separately when the other couldn't get off work.

It hasn't happened yet....but if I wanted to, he wouldn't be against it at all....my puppy may be though LOL

Nope. He wouldn't be opposed to it though. It just never happened.

I like to travel with other couples - and then me and the other chick will go off and do our own thing one day - shopping, drinking, spa-ing.

I haven't done it often, but DH has gone away for several bachelor party trips.

I go to scrapbooking weekends, and home to Ireland every other time without him
I would be game for a girls weekend without him, but for the most part we go away together

I went away for a 3 days 4 nights in september without him, I missed him but it was good to get away

Not necessarily by choice, but yes. I love to travel and DH hates it. Whenever he refuses to travel I call up the reserves, my mother. In 2007 we (my mother and I) traveled to London and Paris for two weeks. Now I'm considering a trip to Quebec without him.

I'm going to Florida- specifically Disney with a few girlfriends. DH didn't want to go because we will be at a nursing conference during the day.

nope...i think for us, its "our" time to go away and be with each other...i like to experience going away w/him and vice versa

Not really--I have extended business trips if I had friends in the area though.
We don't really have the money for separate vacations in addition to shared vacations, and we like to travel together.

When we were dating I went away with friends & realized how I like travelling with him better. We make much better use of time!

Very rarely. In the six years we've been together, I've been away on two overnighters with the girls in AC, and one trip this April.

Yes. I am going away with my friends to ocean city over the summer without DH and I go home to LI to visit my family/friends all the time without him.
