What about something like the Kid Free Zone? Not everyone chooses to be childfree and I think it's a little insensitive to imply that it was.

I know this board isn't for me...I have a child and one on the way but I saw this new board which I think is a great idea.
However....I just think that the two situations (people that are childless by choice and those that are b/c of IF) are so completely different, I just don't see how it could be for both? Maybe some topics could be shared, I understand that, but the vibe/feelings are just a bit different. AGAIN this is only my opinion and my opinion is apt to change...
I do think if its a board for both, childless by choice is not a good name of course. Maybe a simple "Families without Children" works? It implies neither a voluntary nor involuntary position on the topic...

I totally agree that these are two completely different situations. I don't mind sharing one board but I'm a little surprised that the name was automatically "childless by choice". Anyway, no problem once it is changed and different questions can be asked and discussions started for those who are childless NOT by choice. Some topics will definitely overlap. Thanks for making this callout and for understanding the difference.

think you'll get a lot of parents with children coming on thinking it's a spot to just nto talk about their kids.
