I think you need the fats - either oil (no "bad" fats in olive oil) or butter or something similar, maybe cheese. Posted 6/15/05 11:51 AM |

are you doing core? i think you only have to have the oil on core since everything else you can eat is pretty much fat free. i didn't think you had to have oil on flex Posted 6/19/05 7:55 PM |
