I don't like the oil servings in the WW program...

Do you have to have the oil servings everyday? Is it a critical part of losing weight? My sister was in WW last year and they didn't have that as a requirement?

I just don't cook enough to be able to mix it into foods. Any ideas?

Thanks!

I think you need the fats - either oil (no "bad" fats in olive oil) or butter or something similar, maybe cheese.

Fats are important to keep your digestive system running smoothly. They lubricate you inside to help the process.

are you doing core? i think you only have to have the oil on core since everything else you can eat is pretty much fat free. i didn't think you had to have oil on flex

I liked to have a spoonful of peanut butter for breakfast, or some almonds or olives as snacks. These count as fats.

Yes, you can have butter or cheese. That's what I do. I don't have oil unless my food preparation requires it.
