Ok so I have went from a size 16 to a size 12 sometimes I have to get a size 14 but now I have hit a wall I have not lost anything else in about a month I feel like I have hit a brick wallChat Icon can anyone give me some advice

if you are eating the same things all the time, try to change up what you are eating.

Drinks LOTS of water.

also try changing your exercise routine if you have one. if you don't have one try starting one.

thanks for the advice I don't eat teh same thing all the time and I try to exercise
