If you have a child in a preschool

do you drive them or do they take the bus??

Ryan will be 3 next month and I have been driving him since he started in September. He transitions from his EI class into his preschool class on 1/5, and I signed him up for the bus.

I was a little hesitant being that he can't really speak yet, but I think he will really like it. He loves riding in the car and loves busses. It is just too much to drive him everyday. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, but I am finding it more and more hard to do it, which is why the bus would be so much easier.

Any experiences?

Hunter started in September when he turned three and takes the bus. I was the same way with being a little unsure, but he did great and now says bus when it pulls up to pick him up. The bus driver and the matron on there is fantastic.

Ava turned 4 in July, and started the bus in September. I thought she would freak, but she has loved it since day 1. It is a huge help to me to not have to drive her and pick her up with the new baby!!!! Go for it, you will be glad you did...

My daughter started taking the bus as soon as she started preeschool last year since 3.

My son took the bus when he started EI preschool (around 3). He loved it! Plus it made it so much easier when K rolled around and he was a "pro" already!

Christopher is 2 and he takes the bus. he LOVES it, and gets so excited when he sees it pull up to the house.

I have a 4 year old who's been attending school since 3 and have opted to drive him- only because I live 30 min. away and since it's considered "out of district" the bus company said they could keep him on there for up to 90 min. If it was closer I would let him use the bus.
