avamamma	We used Dr. Karin Burkhard, she has an office in Smithtown and Bayshore. She was $$$$$$$$$$. She doesn't take insurance. The first visit is 1 1/2 hours and is $575 and each additional is $150 for 1 hour. If you are interested, I will find her number. Posted 12/12/08 8:25 PM

Her father has to pay but that's not really fair considering he already pays for the insurance..KWIM? But if I cant find anyone who takes insurance Im going ot keep her in mind...Thanks!
