My weight seems to be coming off nicely and Dh is reminding me how I might not have gotten real big till the end but I did put a bit on each month. In about 3 weeks I am down from the 170's to 128lbs. (Waterweight and breastfeeding seem to be helping me alot!) Posted 6/12/05 11:11 AM |

i am trying to knock them off as well....I waited until 3.5 months to start anything (I was walking daily, but nothing else until now)...just joined a contour express place (good deal for a 3 month membership). I too am BF, but not sure how much that helps :) Posted 6/12/05 9:46 PM |

This is what I am trying to do. The pounds have been coming off very nice but now I am hitting a brick wall. Posted 6/13/05 3:28 PM |

Don't feel bad-I was at work one night right after my maternity leave and a secretary from another unit came down and was like "awww-you look so cute pregnant"-i'm like "ummm-my baby is 3 months old"-she was quite embarrassed! Posted 6/24/05 4:54 PM |

I'm starting to get into the gym next week (doctor ok'ed it). I joined the gym and worked out a schedule with my mother to watch the baby while I go. Posted 7/10/05 8:59 AM |

okay, it's going to be a year in august since I had Alia and I still have a little belly. I can't go to the gym so any suggestions on how to lose it or at least tone it down? I could use some help here. Posted 7/22/05 10:41 AM |

Does anyone know how to lose the weight without going to the gym? Are there any good DVD excercise suggestions? Posted 7/22/05 11:11 PM |

Well, since I'm a brand new mommy, I can't really exercise too much yet, but I plan on trying to lose at least 35 pounds. I was overweight pre-pregnancy and I actually didn't gain much (I'm almost down to my pre-pregnancy weight already and it hasn't even been a week since I delivered.) I'm hoping it will be easy considering that I'm breastfeeding and I've been eating a LOT healthier. Posted 7/23/05 4:32 PM |

Tae-bo is great. I used to do the videos and they really helped me shed the pounds. Once I can exercise again, I plan on doing them. Posted 7/23/05 4:33 PM |

Walk away the pounds is good. They come in 1, 2, 3, 4 mile tapes/DVDs. They also incorporate weights with them also. For a quick workout, the 1 mile video is great bc it's only 30 min. I use it when Nate is napping. Posted 7/23/05 8:46 PM |
