dumb question about grilling shrimp....

Lisa	I cook the shrimp until its a pinky orange color. It doesnt take long to cook...maybe 5 minutes total on the grill Posted 6/11/05 4:50 PM

I buy some good prepared marinates in the supermarket....the one I really like is Lawrys - 30 minute marinate. I marinate them for 30 mintes, put them on the skewers then put them onthe grill. I usallu do not baste them while they are cooking. Tip - Do not marinate seafood for any longer than 30-45 minutes. the acids in the marinate will break down the fish and ruin it.
