Do Your Companies Know You're Adopting?

Have any of you ladies told your employers that you're in the process of adopting? I haven't told mine and it's giving me anxiety, but it's a new job so I don't want to screw it up.

My boss and my HR know, but my boss dosen't know where I am in the process. I just can't WAIT to tell him I am gone for 12 weeks!!!

I told my boss and most of my co-workers. I wanted to make sure my boss knew that I would only have about 6-8 weeks of notice prior to my time off. They are all very excited.
