Here we go again...**UPDATED 2x**

Ok so I was speaking to DH today going over he guest list for DS baptism and I mentioned how SS probably wouldn't attend. He says, "oh, yes he will." I asked him to please not press the issue and not to try and "force" a relationship. DH said he isn't that SS has been asking about the baby and is just embarrassed because of his poor behavior so far. I, of course, agreed that he should be. DH wants to set up a night to get us all together and "work this thing out" I expressed to DH that SS behavior towards me is completely unacceptable and unwarranted and he agreed. I don't know when this GTG is supposed to happen, but I will keep you all posted. Wish me some type of luck that it won't be a disaster and/or only last for a few days

**UPDATE**

Ok, well he finally got his lazy butt over here last night. (of course during my favorite TV show ) He managed to at least say "hello" to me this time. He was much nicer and even held the baby. Anthony actually loved him. He was looking at SS and kept grabbing his fingers He stayed @ 1 1/2 hrs. I guess it is a start if he keeps it up... Oh he even managed to say "goodbye" to me too! We didn't discuss anything or get any "issues" worked out, but maybe this is a good first step

OK so DH just called ~ SS wants to come over again tonight ~ I guess the baby isn't so bad after all, hmmm?

Blending families is so hard & your SS should be mature enough to know better.
