Im Jackie and I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks which ended in a D&C

MY name is stephanie and i mc at what i thought was 8 weeks in feb. and i came to find out that baby was only measuring 4 weeks. SO i mc naturally. AF came 30 days later. Currently pregnant with my first and im 18w5d. I must say having a mc has scarred me for life and im finding it very difficult to enjoy this pregnancy with out worrying about every ache and pain i get. Prayers and baby dust for everyone ttc

2nd 7 weeks: chromosomal abnormality

DS: is 11 months old
Pregnant now 10 weeks and keeping my fingers crossed. Got a little scare at first sono but now so far everything is ok. Still really really nervous.

I became pg in March 07 after my first IVF procedure. At my 8 week ultrasound there was no growth and the heartbeat was gone. I had a d&c.

I became pg again in July 07 with IVF transfer #2. At 7 weeks it was diagnosed as a blighted ovum, and I had another d&c.

Following this I had another retrieval and 2 more transfers which resulted in negative results. I went to a new doc, had another retrieval, and spent lots of money to have my embryos "CGH" tested. Long story short, things didnt work out at that doctor, and none of my CGH normal embryos survived.

I decided to return to my original doc. Starting from scratch, I had my fourth retrieval and fifth transfer this past August. I am currenly 7 weeks and 3 days pg with twins..... but insanely terrified. We want so much to be happy and excited for this pg but sadly, we arent able to be that way yet. But I am hopeful, and being as positive as I can!

I have a 3 yr old DD.

I had a miscarraige at 12 weeks and had a D&C Dec. 26th.

After my D&C I had a lot of complications due to some tissue being left inside me and blod clots.

It took three doctors and lots of meds and about 2 months to recover.

I got pregnant again in May and loong story short, it was ectopic. At 6 weeks my fallopian tube ruptured (the pain made childbirth feel like a vacation!) and the dr. missed it. Three days later when I saw a different dr. I was rushed to the hospital since I had been internally bleeding for those three days. I lost my left fallopian tube.

That was back in june.

We are now on cycle 2 of TTC - but I have to admit I am terrified of being pregnant again! At the same time I am terrified that my DD won't have a sibling.

It's confusing to say the least.

Hi everyone! I m/c in July only a week and half after finding out we were pregnant.

We conceived again in August, and I am happy....but am terrified of it happening again. I am so torn because DH and I are so excited and keep talking about names and making plans, but in the back of my mind, I know that it may all just go away again.

ETA: MCed again at the end of September.....back to the drawing board.

Hi, I'm Maria. I am 41 and had 2 m/c's in my 20s and another in March of 2007 when I was 40. I found out I have a blocked right tube and a chromosomal abnormality (balanced reciprocal translocation). We are now moving on to IVF w/ PGD. I just wish I had seen an RE sooner.

My name is Kate. I lost my daughter at 20 weeks. My water broke, and they were unable to stop me from going into labor. My doctors say it was from an infection i got.

I am Suzanne. I m/c'd last year at 8 weeks. It was the worst things I have ever gone through. After waiting 3 months we conceived on the first try and DS is now 7 months old. being pregnant after the m/c was so scary.

I am glad this board was created but sad that we need to have a board like this. I hope this offers comfort to many of us!

I'm Michelle I'm an old fart...37.

I have PCOS, but had a pleasant surprise pregnancy 5 years ago. Unfortunately gave birth to my son at 21 weeks. Still not sure whether it was IC or just PTL. I've got none of the risk factors associated with IC, but either way--cerclage next time around.

Been TTC since then, but only seriously for the past 2 years. 5 IUIs, 2 IVFs=nada.

IVF #3 within the next few months.

I can't imagine how scary it will be to be pg. I honestly don't know if DH and I can handle it. I would love to have enough money to pay someone else to carry for us...and I'm dead serious. I have so much stress in my life due to other family obligations and situations that I just don't know how I can handle a high risk pregnancy. But that's the catch 22...we want a child so badly that we're willing to jump head-first into the dark hole of our deepest fears.

And now I wonder why I resent people who seem to have it easy in life.

I'm glad to have this board. It's unfortunate that we have to go through this.

Hi! I think this is a going to be a wonderful board for us!

I have had 2 miscarriages, both around 10 weeks. 1 in jabuary and 1 in June. i get a heartbeat and then we lose it. after many tests, we have found out i have a blood clotting disorder.

I have had surgery to clear out my uterus b/c of all the scarring. I just did another round of IUI's and I am waiting for my beta tomorrow morning

i am scared to death of it working and scared to death of it not working...does that make sense???

the misses have taken the joy out of being pregnant for me. i hope one day it gets easier, but i dont know if i'l ever be able to relax and enjoy. that's the saddest part for me...

HI Ladies...

I had a MC due to what they think was an IC at 20.5 weeks this past January. We had a son. I got AF back in March but didnt start TTC till May and now its on 5 months.

My cycle has always been 31 days...but now it has stretched from 31-35-42-45 days, so I went to see and RE and she started on the 1st cycle of clomid 50 mg, to help with the ovulation.

We BD'd last month when we where O'ing, but I guess it just wasnt timed yet. so here we are again...sometimes i feel that I won't be able to get back that PG feeling you know experience the whole thing and start a family....sometimes it does feel hopeless and other days I'm OK so i wish us ALL .

Hi everyone, Im Christine

Before I was blessed with my twin girls I had two miscarriages.

One I was six weeks in and started bleeding, when we went for the sonogram there was no sac, nothing..

The second one I thought I was getting my period but it turns out I was pregnant, I was only 4 weeks in.

last february i had a spontanous mc at 6 weeks ...

two months later was pregnant again- had a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks - dnc determined it was a girl.

decided to do something with my life- joined ww, learned how to eat healthier, decided to destress a little bit on everyday things, and get my job in order as current company was shipping employees outof state to our other location.....

June this year- had a hsg- came back normal-

August- ttc'ed and conceived- holding my breath now- 5 1/2 weeks- first appt end of month at 7 weeks

This is a great board! I have had several m/c. 20 weeks, 10 wks, 8 wks, 6 wks. I think. I know the first one and the last 2 are right. The other one I can't remember if it was 10 or 12.

The 3rd was in Feb and m/c in March and the 4th was in June and m/c in July.

Now i'm waiting until after my 40th to try again.

I don't even know if I want to anymore. We'll see how I feel when the time comes.

I just had a M/C D&C on September 4th.
I'm trying as hard as I can to move on and get past this. I have lost a parent and other loved ones....this does not feel as painful, but rather hurts in a different,desparate way.

We are not wasting any time and will be TTC as soon as my body feels healed.

I am Jen and I had a m/c March 2007, at 8 weeks, after seeing the heart beat. It took me about a year to get over it. We started trying again in August 2007 and still have not conceived. I have been seeing an RE since April and am currently on injectibles. If I ever get the opportunity, we will do IUI. So far, I have not responded to any meds.

I can't imagine how scared I will be if I do get pregnant again.

Hi everyone. I'm Christine. I was blessed with a son from my first IVF cycle.

We tried for #2 with IVF in January and BFP but I found out at the ulstrasound that I had miscarried sometime around 6 weeks.

We did another cycle in June but it failed.

Now, I'm waiting until November/December to try another cycle of IVF.

So happy that they made this board..so many feelings surround miscarriage it is wonderful to be able to share them with others.

My story in a nutshell is I have had 4 losses

9/06 1 missed miscarriage, heartbeat seen at week 6, week 10 no longer a HB (D&C) - chromosome normal

12/06 - chemical pregnancy (6 weeks)

2/07 - chemical pregnancy (5 weeks)

1/08 - missed miscarriage at 11 weeks, we had been seeing it grow every week through ultrasound and than it just stopped - D&C - baby had an extra set of chromomsomes

5/08 - surgery for asherman's, scar tissue in the uterus (complication from last D&C)

Currently we are greenlighted to TTC but not sure what to do next..praying for a healthy pregnancy!

Hello everyone!

I had a missed miscarriage at 12wks. My baby stopped developing at 6wks but my body did not reject it.
I had a D&C on 8/13

I am blessed with a 2year old son.
