Coupon printer?

Please help - I would like to print out some coupons, but I need to install some kind of "coupon printer" on my computer. I am really afraid to install anything on my computer.

For example the webite "coolsavings.com" says that to print out a coupon, i need to install "SmartSource Coupon Printer". Does anyone know anything about this?
