When I dont get to the gym, I will do push-ups. I also have those big excercise balls so I will do sit-ups on them, or squats with the ball. I put it up againts the wall with my back and do squats. Posted 6/7/05 8:33 PM |

I have a treadmill, but also do lunges, squats, arm stuff. You could also go up and down stairs. Posted 6/8/05 12:46 PM |
