What excerises do you do at home?

When I dont get to the gym, I will do push-ups. I also have those big excercise balls so I will do sit-ups on them, or squats with the ball. I put it up againts the wall with my back and do squats.

I have a treadmill, but also do lunges, squats, arm stuff. You could also go up and down stairs.

I have a Pilates DVD, thats good. And IO cable on MagRack has workouts too.

Workout videos (the Firm, Cathe Friedrich), walks with the dog, leg lifts w/ankle weights, lunges squats, step ups on a step stool, planks....

I take Casey on long walks. Plus I walk to my local train station and then from Penn to my office and back again every day.

I use the Cablevision Mag Rack too a lot...
I have a lot of weights we use
and I just bought the Walking DVD's everyone talks about.
I so wanna get a treadmill...sometime soon I hope..

I bought the Winsor Pilates Fat Burn DVD and love it. It is a fantastic workout. Definitely helping me to lose inches.

This is what I do too when I can't get to the gym. I love having the treadmill and the weights, it has really helped this past winter.
