I don't know how much you would like to lose by then but if you use your WW points for lean meats, veggies & fruits plus some cardio you should do well. Try to avoid anything with flour or sugar (breads, pasta, rice, potatoes, cakes, cookies, etc). Good luck! Posted 6/6/05 3:15 PM |

I would stick with chicken, lean cuts of beef, pork, fish, etc. Personally I would skip anything with spagettei and processed like frozen foods as you never really know what's in them and they are often high in sodium. But you could try it and if you are not getting the results you want you can always eliminate them later. Posted 6/6/05 3:29 PM |
