Can anyone help???

I really wanted to join the WW online but I can't afford it. Does anyone have access to an extra Point booklet that they can spare? I REALLY need to lose some weight, but have been having trouble and thought that joining WW would be great. I just didn't know how expensive it was. Can anyone help? I would really, really appreciate it! Thank you!

I don't have a book, but I found a point sheet online that I use ww point list

check out www.dwlz.com - if memory serves it's a ww mecca of information about using the plan. you could probably do a google search to find a message board of people following the WW program.
