something fun: What is your "signature" dish

lkylady	It would be wonderful if everyone can post their recipes. My signature dish is a salsa dip. Everyone loves it and asks for the recipe. 16 ounces of salsa from a jar 8 oz cream cheese 2 cans refried beans 2 cups shredded Monteray Jack or cheddar cheese Combine and warm in the oven til the cheese is melted. They're actually pretty easy to make once you get the hang of it. There are all sorts of recipes on the internet, but I make them a little differently. NoStressBride	I make a Onion dip Everyone loves it! 1 onion sweet one vildia (Sp) 1 cup mayo 1 bag of swiss cheese shredded the bag you get in the groccery store mix together and bake until golden brown on top. serve with swiss crackers, ritz, bread sticks etc. so good Posted 6/29/05 11:55 AM
MsMa	This is a great idea here are some examples of my signature dishes I make up alot of my own recipes: Taco Dip (Book) Artichoke Dip (I got from LIW everyone loves it) S'mores Brownie (Mine) Blue Cheese Onion Mashed Potatoes (Mine) Pecan Pie (Mine) Cranberry Apple Pie (Mine) I really have a ton of them and so does DH we both love to cook and I love to bake as well.
