something fun: What is your "signature" dish

you know...the one thing your whole family requests at a get together that you make perfectly EVERY TIME!

chicken parmesan, my husband loves it.

DH always asks for tomato sauce

But as far as brining anything to parties, it's gotta be the 7 layer cookies
