something I do is fry up the meat like you would if your making sloppy joe at the same time I make some egg noodles and heat up some of that franco american gravy and just mix it all together. Posted 5/23/05 4:00 PM |

Get some red peppers and make stuffed peppers. Fry up the chopped meat with onions and 1/4 cup of white rice. Parboil the peppers (after you hollow them out) for about 30 minutes. Stuff the peppers with the chopped meat mix. Pour tomato sauce on top and put in the oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes covered with tin foil. Posted 5/27/05 10:21 AM |
