VickiC	They say he was the same way last year in Houston. I don't remember though since I wasn't that interested in Houston. I think I was watching ESPN and they were saying it took him a couple months to get comfortable and then he started hitting. So they say it might be the same for him here in NY, plus it's NY - always a lot of pressure to do well here. Posted 6/3/05 8:32 AM

preciouslove	I'm hoping we do have a shot. I was telling this co-worker of mine what happened with the sprinkers yesterday at shea and that Pedro stuck his face in it. She was like "ugghh he got his dirty, ugly, greasy curls wet...he's so disgusting"...she's a yankee fan so that explains why she hates him, I wonder if she would have hated him if the yankees had him...meanwhile she was excited when she thought he was coming to the yankees.. Pedro is pedro. He never bothered me and I told her that I couldn't care less if he had long dreadlocks or how ugly his curls are as long as he keeps on pitching great, he can do whatever he wants. he's our daddy... DjPiLL	Beltran's lack of production is due to his nagging quad injury. He won't be the same until this is healed. This is his first major injury of his career so its a new thing for him. Posted 6/10/05 1:20 PM
