Help Save A Prom Night!!!

Hello ladies......

Did you make a resolution this year....instead of giving up something why not do something.....how about saving a prom!

We've have all been in our share of wedding parties and have dresses collecting lint in our closets or maybe it may not be a bridesmaid dress but a dress that we no longer will wear because it out dated or you wore it to too many events and wouldnt be caught dead wearing it one more time. Well, here is your chance to get rid of it. I work at Washington Irving HS where the population is mostly lower income families. The prom season will be rolling around and girls may not go just because the can't afford to buy a dress. We raise other funds to cover the costs of prom but as you all know dresses can be very expensive. You do not have to dry clean it, although would be appreciated, we will cover that cost. All you have to do is let me know you have a dress available and i would be willing to pick it up! The girls would be forever grateful!!!! Your garbage IS someone else's TREASURE!!!!! Please either e-mail me or give me a buzz! Please also forward this to anyone you think may be able to help! Thank you in advance!!!!!!

I got so many responses and just have to say that you ladies are so amazingly sweet and generous. You can really help make a special night for a teenage girl!
