I do it at night. You dont have to kill yourself with a major work out. Start out slow, I do 20 minutes on the treadmill and like 15 on the bike. Posted 5/31/05 4:46 PM |

I take classes at 5:15 after work Mon-Thurs, and Friday usually either walk during lunch or do the treadmill or stairmaster for 45 mins, then weights for another 15. I usually take the weekends off. It's gotten harder now that I am taking classes again and have homework. Posted 5/31/05 9:36 PM |

i am with you - i work inthe city, go to school in nassau and live in suffolk - i leave at 5:30 in the morning and get home around 6 or 7 most days and i am exhausted!! Posted 6/1/05 7:25 PM |
