Does anyone have a constant post nasal drip?

Sorry for the TMI! This winter has been horrible! I have a constant post nasal drip and I have had bronchitis twice already Does anyone experience a post nasal drip and have any remedies? TIA!

I had horrible sinuses until I had surgery in 2003. I used to get about 6-10 infections a year - I also had constant post nasal drip. Things I found that helped:
prescription nasal spray
hot showers (for the steam)
plenty of fluids
if you get congested -spicy food work really well

Honestly I would just play around with the above until something works - sometimes one combo does better than the next.

Also talk to your Dr you could always take an over the counter antihistamine which could help dry you up - but be careful if you dry up too much you can end up with a sinus headache
