I have a Focal Nodular Hyperplasia on the upper right lobe of my liver. I was diagnosed with it when I was 21 only because my gallbladder needed to come out and they had to do ultrasounds. I had to have liver biopsies and surgery. The tumor is still there, they didn't want to remove it, I have it monitored 2x a year.

Also, GAD(Generalized Anxiety Disorder)

Chronic ITP at age 8, after leukemia was ruled out. I have been in remission since age 16. Only my family and husband know. I don't talk about it.

Laryngopharyngeal
reflux—It’s not GERD!!!

Laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR) and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) are different disorders. The term LPR is used to describe the acid in the stomach that comes up into the throat
at the level of the laryngopharynx. LPR causes irritation and changes in the larynx. GERD is caused by the backflow of gastric contents into the esophagus,
which leads to tissue damage or esophagitis and heartburn.
