Starting a Small Business

HOW?

There is so much legal crap!

I want to start a small business. A Sole Proprietorship, out of my own home.

This is going to be part time/weekend work only.

What type of business are you trying to start?

When I incorporated, I went through

www.thecompanycorporation.com and it was so much easier- they answered all my questions and did the searches for me. I received a bunch of books from them about being a LLC...
