My Angel arrived...Updated with birth story and pixx

I promise for a full story when I am not to emotional to type it out...


My Sofia Arrived Thurs December 13, 2007.. 725pm

She is a tiny one, but she is doing great..

Nights and days confused.... Ofcourse.. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will be back in a few days!!!!!!!!!!!

Here goes.......

We arrive at LIJ at 6am... To be induced.. They didn't even know I was comming bc my dr's brain is in lala land..

So we get set up and I get an internal and they said I am 2cm.....

They start the drip at about 1030 am...
They started at 2... it wasn't doing much.. The contractions felt like gas to me.. or eating bad chinese food...

Ronnie went to get lunch at 12...
Then I took a trip to hell..

My uterus contracted... and did NOT contract back...... Sofia's heart rate dropped and kept dropping..
In came it felt like LIJswat TEAM..
Nurses Dr's.. SHoving oxygen on my face.. telling me the baby's heart is flatlining.. Calm down breathe.. Roll this way.. Roll that way... F*)*(*) they are inserting things.. They are calling in for the stretcher to go to OR for an emergency C.. I am screaming now ... Ronnie is comming back in..... He has been my rock.. When I saw the look of tears in his eyes when they are saying we can NOW lose the baby...
I thought I was going to die. May my worst enemy never know that feeling..
Finally I got 9 shots in my shoulders and I am on all 4's.... My uterus contracted back..
I said get me off this F**** drip....

She's not ready and I am not doing this again..

It all happened in about 4 mins but I never ever want to have to experience that again....

So I contracted all day naturally.. and my water broke at about 330pm

My Lalal DR arrived back around 530 and said lets start the drip again. I will monitor it and increase it alot slower...

After crying for awhile I said fine.....

Well, we started the drip at 6ishh....


My pressure started to go up and up and up.. They said Theresa you need to take the EPI bc your pressure is too high and it will cause alot of trama on Sofia.. I was like ***...... So that Epi came.... UGH! not very pleasant...

I had 9 contractions about 10 pushes.. and SHE WAS OUT..725pm.....

I ripped my private upwards.. that was a lovely experience....


Alll worth it.. I never knew life, until I saw my Baby.. I never knew I could be so overwhelemed with love...

Sofia is amazing..... I can't get enough of her..

Ronnie and I are so proud..

She was born 6lbs 4oz.....

She is a week old and she is now 6lbs 6oz......

LIJ ROCKS.. We got a private room. well worth the $$$$.......

I have to now upload and post some pix of my angel..



and my body is 50% back... I was able to fit in jeans size 5. yaaaaaaaaaaaa yaaaaaaaaaaaaa yaaaaaaaaa yaaaaaaaa lol
