She had nerve to still taunt you about the mets after what boston did to the Yankees, I guess for her beating up on a Met fan makes her feel better after what happened to the Yankees…that is wrong of her to do…
It’s crazy how people hate you for being a fan of a team one doesn’t like. I’ll admit I hate the Yankees with a passion for my own personal reasons and yes I do hate some yankee fans, but only the ones that give me grief.
You should be able to be a fan of any team you want, we are a free country and have that right! If I ever went to a Met game that was not at shea I would proudly wear my mets jersey or t-shirt and I would root for my team. And as much as I hate the Yankees I would never tell a fan not to wear their jersey. I may kid around about it with friends but in good fun and never seriously. In fact DH and I bought a throw back reggie Jackson jersey for my brother who is a die hard yankee fan.
it's ok -- my only reply was that we would let this weekend's performance by both teams speak for themselves
if we do that, i don't need to say anything
