What does everyone marinate their chicken in (preferably low-fat)? I've used low-fat Italian dressing and balsamic vinegar but I'm looking for some other ideas - anyone? TIA! Posted 5/23/05 3:57 PM |

I sometimes marinate it in chopped garlic, fresh squeezed lemon juice and a little olive oil. Posted 5/24/05 10:06 AM |

Not a marinade but McCormacks Salt Free Chicken Seasoning is VERY good...I used it last week for the first time and the chicken tasted like it came from a restaurant. This is coming from someone that sux at making chicken. Posted 5/24/05 10:12 AM |

I just let the chicken sit in Franks Hot sauce for a little while and either grill it in a ridged grill pan or throw it in the broiler. It's so easy and so delish! Posted 5/31/05 11:40 AM |
