I NEED HELP

I have no motivation to diet I need to go on a diet and stick to it I do good for a few days and I walk on the treadmill for about 20 minutes then I am done I will do this for a few days then I will just fall off and be bad and eat junk food and bad bad things. I would like to loose at least 20 pounds not asking for much I just have to get motivated . Please help motivate me

Well I guess I am on my own on this one and just have to motivate myself. Well I bought Tae Bo so hopefully that will work for me

go take a picture of yourself in a bikini and post it on your bathroom mirror...that's working for me.

Also- you can do 20 minutes of cardio more effectively if you interval train instead of just walking at one steady pace.. this is what I do at least 3 times a week and it is really working...

So what you do is you exercise for 20 minutes. Every minute you increase speed and/or incline (increase intensity)... so here's what I do...
The intensity level starts at 5 and goes up to 10. 5 means that you are just doing your regular walk.... not really putting you out of breath or anything like that.

Minute Intensity (MPH)
1/ 5 (2.8)
2/ 5 (2.8)
3/ 6 (3.2)
4/ 7 (3.8)
5/ 8 (4.0 - jog)
6 / 9 (4.4- run)
7/ 5 (2.8)
8/ 6 (3.2)
9/ 7 (3.8)
10/ 8 (4.0 - jog)
11/ 9 (4.4- run)
12/ 6 (3.2)
13/ 7 (3.8)
14/ 8 (4.0 - jog)
15/ 9 (4.4- run)
16/ 6 (3.2)
17/ 7 (3.8)
18/ 8 (4.0 - jog)
19/ 9 (4.4- run)
20/ 10 (4.4- with steep incline- run)
21/ 5 (2.8 no incline)

I do too. I feel so overwhelmed, I don't know where to start. When I think of my ultimate goal it makes me even more depressed. Can someone help me in the right direction?

small goals first ...
pick one thing you want to work on.. and it doesn't have to be weight.
getting water in
writing down everything you eat
working out a few times a week....

write it down- put it on your fridge, your mirror, etc..

I have a pic of me when I was at the weight I want to be so that motivates me a bit

thanks f or your help and motivation just gotta stop being lazy and do it thats all
