I have no motivation to diet I need to go on a diet and stick to it I do good for a few days and I walk on the treadmill for about 20 minutes then I am done I will do this for a few days then I will just fall off and be bad and eat junk food and bad bad things. Also- you can do 20 minutes of cardio more effectively if you interval train instead of just walking at one steady pace.. this is what I do at least 3 times a week and it is really working... Message edited 5/24/2005 12:36:08 PM. Posted 5/24/05 12:35 PM |
