what an amazing book...I read it in a day and a half!!!

I read that a while ago and have the movie taped. A movie version was on a few months back and starred John Vought as Eddie.

It is one of my ultimate favorite books.

If you liked that book, you'll love "Tuesdays with Morrie." It's written by the same author, Mitch Albom.

I just read it a couple of weeks ago!! So awesome!!! its the kind of book thats totally stuck with me. i keep thinking about who my 5 people will be (well, out of the people i know, anyway). Ok, so its fiction, maybe you dont meet 5 people, but i like imagining it Chat Icon

I'm reading Tuesdays w/ Morrie now. Awesome as well. i just have a few pages left (if you didnt read that one yet, you'll love it too!)

Just finished reading The Five People today.....and sobbed on the beach...(quite a sight)

Ok, so i didnt want to finish tuesdays b/c i LOVED the book, and just didnt want it to end. But let me give you fair warning- i cried for over a half hour After i finished it!!!!! i cried so much that i think DH was starting to get truly concerned Chat Icon

Tuesday's with Morrie definatly hits you. I cried for a while too after reading it. It really gives you an outlook on things. What a great book.

The 5 people you meet in heaven is a book I definatly think I would read again. It really makes you think who you're 5 people will be.

It was one of my favorite books...very inspiring! I read Tuesdays with MOrrie a long time ago and loved that too! My copy of the 5 People you meet in HEaven has been around the block a few times...everyone wanted to borrow it after I read it!
