Looking to hire someone who does graphic design work on the side for a quick project

Looking to hire someone who can take my thank you cards from amateur to professional.

I've done a mock-up, but I need it spruced up.

Shouldn't be hard for anyone who does this type of stuff.

Would need it back in a photoshop file that I can send to my photographer for printing.
