for breakfast I eat a bar or yogurt (soy) with a small handful of flax bran granola thrown in...

I tried mixing protein powder in, but it was gross.

Ugh- ladies- I need motivation- I HAVE BEEN SLACKING- HELP!!!

Don't get too down on yourself. Just pick back up and get going again. You can do it and you know it's so worth doing. Come on girl!

i found these sugar free, wheat free, gluten free cookies at the green market- sweetened with apple sauce....

not something for every day- but not THAT bad (although they sort of have the feel of a hocky puck)

thanks for the encouragement.

I did BFL for over a year. It really, really works, but then I got bored. Chat Icon I have a Bowflex, and an elliptical trainer.

I read "Eat, Drink and Be Merry" and that was it! Chat Icon It says that's it's not actually all that bad to be a little overweight, as long as you're fit for yourself.

I then switched to superslow training, with is one kick-*** workout a week, for a 1/2 hour. That works as well, but then I got bored and fell off of that wagon (after wedding). So now I'm gonna do Core Secrets, which just sounds like fun.

Nadine, that all makes sense! Thanks for posting it.
FOR NOW, I htink I will stick with this, only because its my first time dieting ever and this diet and I are getting along.
UNtil it gets boring or whatever...then I am prepared to re-evaluate.

How is everyond doing with this?

I was away for the last couple of days so I went totally off track. But I'm 100% back on again this week.

I am doing fairly ok!
I slacked a bit on the working out part (I still go, just not as much). Last week I didn't go at all and I still lost a pound...pretty excited about that.
I won't be able to go to the gym at all this month so I am going to rely on sticking to the meal plans so as to not gain. Overall, I am pretty happy with this diet...lost 10 pounds to date! Chat Icon

I'm back on the eating part of BFL this week. I had been totally out of control - it was really awful - but after just three days I really do feel better already. Just got to get my butt to the gym this weekend...that first time going is always the hardest!!!! Chat Icon

My best friend did it for a looooooooooong time. Its the first time in her life she lost weight and kept it off for so long without yo-yo'ing.
