You're right, it is. I always thought there seemed to be such a discrepancy between what's included on the approved foods list and the meal plans he lists--his meal plans work out to be too many calories, but I wonder if it's geared towards him, ie a man. A woman should eat around 500 calories less a day. I wouldn't eat the cheese because I don't think it has enough protein for the fat and calories... Posted 5/25/05 12:58 PM |

I just read that the target calorie intake should be about 7700 per week or approx. 1100 per day. (actually more like 1300 since you get a day off) Posted 5/25/05 1:17 PM |
