Alot has happend!!! i got a new job as a idea coordinator for Bassett Furniture. So, I will be doing Interior Design for peoples homes! Plus all that unpacking may have been for nothing. we found a house and fell in love. we have an approximate close date of June first and only found this home this past weekend!!!Chat Icon

So, All I can say is, AGH! To pack again...but it is a brand new home in a new subdivision in Sugar Hill, GA. Almost ready to move into and we are very excited to have this oppportunity so quickly since we never wanted to live in an apartment when we go down here in the first place.

Here is a few pictures of the house to let you all see what I am talking about. What do you think for $179,900?? Ok, I can see the elementary school from the front door of the home. it is 4b/2.5b 1/4 ac, Craftsmand style home with washer dryer room, Huge pantry, 2 car garage, formal dining, fireplace, master suite w/sitting area, double vanity which is seperate, his/her closet which is seperate, seperate potty area, garden tub seperate from shower, 2 huge secondary bedrooms, one average, cherry cabinets throughout all baths & kitchen, black appliances all upgraded included are dishwasher, stove & microwave oven.
I think that is it.

Well, everything is not final just yet, we are waiting on a few things first. Some other people whom were trying to buy the home are having a problem selling there home so, they have a certain amount of time to get back to us about our counter offer on it. So, we have to wait and see. it is on a nice Cul de sac too! I sure wish I could find out now, but hopefully thursday.

thanks everyone.

Hi Michelle Chat Icon

Congratulations on your almost new home if you decide to buy it. You should!!!!!!!!!

You should be thankful your taxes are 2500 for the year and on a Cul de Sac no less!!!!!!!!!

You know some people here on LI pay your taxes monthly for their mortgage! Chat Icon
