Great Chicken Recipe

Parmesan Crsuted Chicken

1/2 cup of Mayo

1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

4 boneless chicken breast halves

1/4n cup of Italian Seasoned bread crumbs

Combine Mayo & Cheese. Spread on chicken then roll chicken in bread crumbs to cover them in it. Bake @ 425 for 20-25 minutes.

I got the recipe from Hellman's Mayo. They are so yummy & easy to make. Chat Icon

I pound out the cutlets - my DH thinks he's eating more if the chicken covers more of his plate - just watch the cooking time.

If you don't want to use Mayo this recipe is also good with dijon mustard.

Do you get the mayo taste at all? I'm hesitating to try it for that reason.

Could I serve this like you would regular breaded chicken cutlets?

Also, do you spread the mayo/cheese on both sides of chicken or one?

I am making stuffed shells and thought to make this with it.

I mae a seperate topic for it cause I didnt see you guys here!
I made this on monday and it was a huge hit!
You dont taste the mayo, so a bit of the cheese. I used thin cut chicken
I rubbed it on both sides.. I had it on ( oops, didnt know it should of been 425) I had it on 350.. flipped after about 25 minutes, and then they were in about another 20.
Ihad 12 ppl here and they couldnt stop eating it.
Good thing I had made 4 trays of them!

I made it with the Fat Free Kraft Mayo and it was good!
