karacg	I heard that Norwegian is the best, but we wanted to go this August and got the only thing available with a balcony. We hope that by then we can ttc again!!! Where better to snuggle than Alaska?? I guess we will have to share experiences afterwards.....all I know so far is that when my mom went she was attacked by bugs, so I will be sure to bring Deet. Also want to do the helicopter over the glaciers thing.... Packing is going to be tough!! Are you going to Denali too?? Posted 5/18/05 10:21 PM
CathyB	DH & I did Alaska on the Norwegian Sun for our honeymoon in the summer of '03. It was without a doubt the best trip either one of us was ever on. Did you get a room with a balcony? It was awesome to sit out there while we were crusing, very private and romantic. We took hundreds of pics with the digital camera, and would drop the camera off with the photo desk on our way to dinner, pick it up at 11pm with all the pics put on disc. There was some package we bought the first day that included the photo transfer and was TOTALLY worth it. The best night was when we ate at the Italian restuarant. It was sunset, and while we were eating, humpbacks were breaching next to the ship. It was awesome! And one night people at the front of the ship or up on the deck saw the Northern Lights, but we were at the back and the moon was really bright and we didn't see it. Next time!
