Appetite Surpressents

Anyone ever use any?

I had tried a few of them Xenadrine that made me sick. Stacker 2 made me too jittery I didn't like the feeling the one I liked the best was trim spa but now they have all these other ones out you never know what works and what doesn't

I've been tempted, but my fear wins out. I take prescription asthma meds and I worry about stuff like that interacting.

Def. check with your doctor before you start taking any of the appetite supressents

I lost about 30 lbs. on Stacker 2 before they made Ephedra not legal. VERY UNHEALTHY and when I stopped taking them my body went through withdrawal and I gained more than half of it back. My advice....

DON'T EVEN GET STARTED ON THESE PILLS!!!!

Most of the pills don't have the ephedra in them anymore cuz of that reason. Thats why I didn't tlike the stacker 2 cuz it made me feel very jittery and shakey I couldn't sit still I felt like I nurotic

They dont sell them anymore, but I LOVED Trimspa with the ephedra. I lost over 15 pounds and was able to keep it for for over 2 years now, maybe a pound or two gained, but I fit back into my jeans.
