I quickly brown the cutlets in a pan then pour a can of Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup (or Campbell's Mushroom gravy) over the top. Cover them and let simmer for 20 minutes.

OR

Brush them with Olive Oil and sprinkle Rosemary on top, then grill them.

I made this ... found it on a website and added to it.

1/2 pound gemelli pasta, cooked

2 tbs olive oil in pan
Put some Salt & Pepper on Pork Cutlets (1/2" thick)
Sear on both sides (about 2 minutes each side)
Remove to plate

Add 2 more tbs of olive oil to pan
Sautee about 4-5 cloves of garlic (sliced) for about 30 seconds to 1 minute
Add sliced baby bella (Crimini) mushrooms
Add 2 chopped tomatoes
Sautee for a minute
then Add 1/3 cup dry wine wine
Let boil down for a minute
then Add 2/3 cup chicken broth
and Add 1 small can delmonte tomatoe sauce
Simmer for 3 minutes

Add Pork Cutlets back into pan simmer for 5-10 minutes until internal temperature is 160 degrees F.

Put Pork Cutlets on plate.
Add cook gemelli pasta to pan and mix with sauce and serve on the side.
