Question	I have question... While taking BC and traveling internationally, When do you take the BC? Because I was always told to take it the same time every day! Would/Do you take it your usual NY time (for example: 7:00 a.m. and in Italy it would be (if using the example above) 1:00 p.m. Italy time)? -or- Would/Do you just take it 7:00 a.m. Italy time - no matter what country you are in? Cheryl	When I travelled I had a watch with me that stayed in NY time. I had an alarm set (on the watch) that went off at NY time when I took my pill so no matter where we were and what time it was I took the pill at the same time consistantly. Posted 5/17/05 11:26 AM

That's so funny - I ran out and bought one yesterday. But I called my Dr.'s office and the nurse said its fine take it in the morning since that's what you are used to. phoenix913	i always take in the morning after i get up, no matter what time zone i'm in and no matter what time i get up. i never thought it mattered that much and in 9 years i've never gotten pg so.... Posted 5/17/05 2:59 PM
