So after gaining about 10 extra pounds since my wedding last year, I decided it was time to dust off my old TaeBo tapes and get moving on those again. I used to do the tapes every day before my wedding, but I got a little lazy, and once we got the puppy, I stopped working out altogether. My goal is to do the tapes at least 4 times a week now and hopefully tone up and get rid of that extra weight. I'm hoping with the kickboxing in addition to the 45 minute walk I take with Golem every night, that I can get back into shape. I have to say though, even though it's working out and all, I really love Tae-Bo! It's such a fun workout and I really get into it and get such a good workout in only 30 minutes! Last night was great - I came home from walking Golem, handed the puppy and dinner over to DH, worked my butt off for a half hour, sat down to a ready made dinner, then over to my sister's for dessert and coffee Posted 5/17/05 9:32 AM |

I was thinking about giving it a try. Even though I mainly work out at the gym (because I need to build muscle more than anything), I like to do workout tapes at home occasionally to mix things up. I've been wanting to try Tae Bo for a while and was thinking about getting the new one (Boot Camp). Posted 5/17/05 9:44 AM |

I used to take full contact kickboxzing and loved it when I found out Iwas prego I had to stop and I have no time to go back now since I had my daughter. Plus I can't expect someone to come over a few times a nite to watch her while I go. Posted 5/17/05 1:40 PM |

Yes, it seriously is the ONLY workout tapes I still own because it works so well -and even better, I can't get bored with it either! If you love kickboxing, then you should def. try TaeBo. When I first got the tapes years ago, I noticed a difference right away. Suddenly my legs and arms were much more toned and it was noticable to me after only a week. Posted 5/17/05 1:51 PM |
