65 Court St, Brooklyn

For those from LI who traveled to Brooklyn for an interview at the HR dept of NYC Ed what was the best way to get there? Am I better off driving or is there a train near by?

I drove but what a PITA. I went 2 hours early and ended up with 30 min to spare. I just like my car too and hate commuting. Good Luck at the interview

Being on LI, I guess you'll take the LIRR. A lot of subways go through that area- I used to take the subway then find a police officer to point me in the right direction!

Sorry I can't be of more help, BUT I really do recommend taking the train. Driving to that part of Brooklyn is a pain. Parking is such a hassle too- I got ticketed the first several times till I got smart and paid at a lot. But training it was the best way to go.

this is literally the WORST place to drive to!!!! parking goes for about thirty bucks as well......im used to driving in the city so it wasnt too bad for me, but if your not comfortable driving in city like traffic i would take the train

The parking by court st. is horrible. I fyou can take the train, that would be your best bet.

thanks a lot. i think i'll make my husband drive and he can sit in the car or drive around while I go in lol.

How long does the first interview take around?

I hated driving there. I made DH take me.

It's near the Jay St Borough hall subway station (A, C, F)

Also, if you go after 3 pm, there's a lot around the corner that's only $6!
