How come when...

you know youre gonna be observed, you suddenly forget how to teach and write a lesson plan???


This is my 8th year and i have an AWESOME chairperson who doenst AT ALL give me a hard time. He has to come in to observe me in about 2 wks and ALREADY im stressing over my lesson adn ofcourse nothing i come up w/ is "good".

i relate, it's so crazy, i hate observations even though they have always been good.

I so hear you. I don't think it's ever easy to have someone evaluating everything you do/say. I have a feeling I'll never get used to it even though I have not ever had a bad one. (knock wood )

I know what you mean...I should be writing something up RIGHT NOW..Pre Observation tomorrow...but I am lazy. They like me and like the way I teach so when I write up my formal lessons I feel like they are expecting spectacular things...which makes me overwhelmed
