15 minute art projects

anyone have ideas for mini art projects for a 1st grader?

I used to teach 1st grade art, but all of my lessons were for 40-minutes, not 15...


15 minutes doesnt leave you much time to really get in to anything with many of the different media...


you can try maybe having them draw a self portrait?

Or for free time once they finished their project, I would draw a quick doodle on a piece of paper and they had to turn it into something...
