So, that money...that $750...any news?

i think next pay check....

Next paycheck and it will be all in one check...the Jan 2 announcement of one lump sum was a "mistake" we were told

So basically, $750 becomes $300. Gee, how nice.

A $750 lump-sum payment – the first dividend from the new contract -- will be paid this month to all full-time members who were on the DOE payroll as of the contract ratification date of Dec. 14, 2006.

There will be no separate check; the lump-sum payment will be included in the regular paycheck.

All (Q-Bank) pedagogues and paraprofessionals, including members on sabbaticals, will receive the $750 in their paycheck dated Jan. 12, 2007.

All (H-Bank) administrative employees (ie. nurses, therapists, ed. analysts, ed. officers) will be paid in the Jan. 12 paycheck as well.

A pro-rated amount will be paid to all eligible part-time members based on the number of hours they worked between mid-September and mid-December. Members who worked per diem days and substitute paras who worked last year between the payroll periods of Sept. 16 and Dec. 15 will receive their pro-rated payment in their paycheck dated Jan. 31, 2007. For per diems only, paper checks are scheduled to be mailed on that date.

All (Z-Bank) hourly administrative employees (nurses and therapists) who worked between the payroll periods of Sept. 18 and Dec. 8 will receive their pro-rated payment in their paycheck dated Jan. 26.

Members on leaves without pay will receive their lump-sum payment upon return to service.
