for my maternity leave, we have a teachers' board.
Just at a time when I don't want to think about pencil books or administrator's dirty looks
ETA: It's a good idea. There are some unique concerns, vents etc. to our profession.

Same with me.  I am happy this board is here but being on maternity leave, I may not want to think about all that I am missing.

Those are just one of my many perks of the profession
Seaford NEVER gets snow days. The district is very low lying, near the water.... some sort of freak weather thing. There have been many a day when EVERYONE is closed and we are not
I think in my ten years there we have had three.
