I just finished reading It Had To Be You by Susan Elizabeth Phillips.

It didn't sound like something I would like but my SIL who loaned it to me thought the same thing and ended up liking it so I gave it a shot. A little slow at first and kinda predictable but I really liked it.

It's pretty short and I read in a few hours. It was hard read at times but I just couldn't put it down. It's being made into a movie called Precious, I can't wait to see it next Friday.

Just finished Kindred by Octavia Butler and am starting This is Where I Leave You by Jonathan Tropper. A student recommended it .

Right now I'm reading "Holy Cow". A co-worker gave it to me and I've been reading it on the train. Its really interesting, and reminds me of "Eat, Pray, Love" which I read over the summer. This just goes way more in depth about India.
