Prior Bad Acts-Tami Hoag. It's off to a good start! It's going faster than the last book I read by her (Kill the Messenger). Posted 7/13/07 1:01 PM |

Oh no! I am just starting The Pact! I just finished Suzannes Diarry for Nicholas. Loved it! I also recently read The Guardian... it was so-so. Posted 7/15/07 6:24 PM |

My book club was torn on the ending of The Pact. It satisfied me, because I have a need for stories to end a certain way. That's all I can say without going into detail if you haven't finished it yet. But I understand where npbride is coming from. It's still a good book IMO. Posted 7/17/07 2:16 PM |

I just picked up 2 books...Nine Months in August by Adriana Bourgoin (the back cover basically described the book as shadowing my life right now so I had to pick it up!) and Tales of the City by Armistead Maupin for my book club this month. I read this when I lived alone and it really freaked me out. I couldn't sleep for days. SO well written! I just finished Absurdistan by Gary Shteyngart and liked it so much that I'm re-reading it. Posted 7/31/07 3:05 PM |

Oh no!! I'm reading it now!! Stinky, I have found that it is moving sooooo slow, I'm having a hard time sticking through it. I loved My Sister's Keeper which is another one she wrote..if you haven't read it definitely do! Posted 7/31/07 7:46 PM |
