I just finished this book and it was absolutely wonderful.

I've also finished Past Perfect by Susan Isaacs - pretty quick read. Not as 'deep' as some of her other books, but still fun.

Now I've started reading the Jack Reacher books by Lee Child. I'm almost done with Die Trying. He reminds me of Jason Bourne - but without the whole amnesia thing Chat Icon

A Thousand Splendid Suns by Khaled Hosseini.

So far it's even more powerful than the Kite Runner was for me, which I didn't think was possible. I just can't imagine a life like these women are living.

oh I keep passing this by, I have so many on my list, but I cant wait to read it, and Im glad to hear its just as good.

Be warned: it's HORRIFYING. But I'm loving it anyway.

just finished A Long Way Gone, by Ishmael Beah for bookclub. gory, but definitely a worthwhile read

about halfway through Shopaholic & Sister, cute and mindless, love these types of books for the beach!

and will soon start In Cold Blood, by Truman Capote for next month's bookclub
