There are many couples, regardless of age, who are experiencing difficulty in conceiving. And many have tried everything from changing their diet and lifestyle to fertility treatment with little or not success.

But, now there seems to be some new options, though possibly controversial options for ladies/couples. Among these, a womb transplant, and believe it or not, researches have already done one.

They transplant that was done simply replaced the uterus but up to date there is still no proof that a pregnancy could be carried to term. And, according to authorities, the “experiment” was first conducted on a number of animals, however they suggest that none of them were actually impregnated.

Then, there’s always the option of egg freezing and plenty of clinics nationwide that are even looking for willing participants to take part in trials.
