From lattes to beverages with a stronger kick we treat liquids as if they are devoid of fat and calories, but nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, it’s often these uncalculated calories that add up. In fact, according to experts between 14 to 18 percent of our caloric intake is consumed in the form of liquids, so it’s imperative to pay attention to what you’re sipping.
